Hoppy Hotel provides professional pet boarding services for small animals, including rabbits, guinea pigs, and other small pets. Our services include accommodation, feeding, care, and monitoring of your pets during their stay.

4. Booking and Payment

4.1 Booking Process

  • Bookings can be made through our website booking form or by contacting us directly
  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking

4.2 Payment

  • Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking
  • Full payment will be required on arrival via card or cash payment. Advance payment can be made via bank transfer upon request.
  • Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate

5. Pet Requirements

5.1 Health and Vaccination Requirements

  • Rabbits: Must be vaccinated against Myxomatosis and RHD (Rabbit Haemorrhagic Disease), including RHD2. Vaccination certificates must be provided and be current
  • All Pets: Must be in good health at the time of boarding
  • We reserve the right to refuse boarding if a pet appears unwell or if vaccination requirements are not met

5.2 Pet Information

  • You must provide accurate information about your pet's health, dietary requirements, and care needs
  • Any changes to your pet's health or requirements must be communicated to us immediately

6. Owner Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your pet
  • Ensure your pet meets all health and vaccination requirements
  • Provide emergency contact information
  • Inform us of any behavioral issues or special needs
  • Collect your pet at the agreed time
  • Pay all fees as agreed

7. Our Responsibilities

  • Provide appropriate accommodation and care for your pet
  • Follow your pet's dietary and care instructions
  • Monitor your pet's health and wellbeing
  • Contact you in case of emergency or health concerns
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment

8. Veterinary Care

  • In case of illness or injury, we will contact you and/or your designated veterinarian
  • We reserve the right to seek veterinary care if we deem it necessary for your pet's welfare
  • Veterinary costs will be the responsibility of the owner
  • You authorize us to make decisions regarding veterinary care if you cannot be reached in an emergency

9. Cancellation and Refunds

9.1 Cancellation by Owner

  • Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our cancellation policy
  • Late cancellations may be subject to fees

9.2 Cancellation by Us

  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances
  • In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or alternative dates

10. Liability

10.1 Our Liability

  • We will exercise reasonable care in looking after your pet
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the booking fee
  • We are not liable for loss or damage resulting from:
    • Pre-existing health conditions not disclosed to us
    • Natural causes or death from illness
    • Escape due to owner-provided equipment failure
    • Acts beyond our reasonable control
  • Every effort will be made to ensure the accomodation is safe and secure, but we will not be held responsible for loss or escape of pets from the premises.

11. Collection and Return

  • Pets must be collected at the agreed time
  • Late collection may incur additional charges
  • If a pet is not collected within 14 days of the agreed date without communication, we reserve the right to rehome the pet or take other appropriate action
  • Collection and return services may be available for an additional fee

12. Website Use

  • You agree to use our website lawfully and not for any illegal purpose
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time
  • Content on the website is for informational purposes and may be updated without notice

13. Privacy and Data Protection
