Information

What we provide

We provide clean, comfortable accommodation for your pet, fully set up ready for their stay. Water is refreshed daily and checked throughout the day, along with unlimited hay and vegetables tailored to your pets individual diet. We make sure your pet is happy, healthy and well cared for.

What should you bring

Please bring your pets usual dried food and any treats they enjoy. If your pet prefers a specific type of hay, feel free to bring that too. For pets who mainly eat fresh herbs, I may ask you to provide a good supply.

You're welcome to include familiar comforts like a blanket, hideaway, or toy to help your pet feel relaxed and at home.

Hygiene

We uphold the highest standards of cleanliness with daily monitoring and thorough cleaning of our facilities. Each pet's accommodation receives daily room service to ensure clean, cosy beds and a tidy environment.

Security

Our outdoor rabbit runs are predator-resistant, designed with your pets' safety as the top priority. The outdoor area is further safeguarded by surrounding picket fencing, and all outdoor runs are closed at night to ensure maximum comfort and security. Rabbits are not confined to a hutch overnight. They continue to have access to their indoor area, allowing them space to move around and stay active throughout the night.

We perform regular physical checks throughout the day to monitor your pets' well-being, complemented by cameras in all three indoor rooms and outdoor areas for extra supervision. Additionally, the main building is securely locked, providing an extra layer of protection and peace of mind.

Updates

Stay connected with your furry friend while you're away! We're happy to send regular updates and photos via WhatsApp so you can see how they're enjoying their stay.

Curious about our facilities? Feel free to visit and see everything we have to offer. Contact us to schedule a convenient time.

Rabbit Vaccinations

For all rabbits boarding with us, your rabbits must be vaccinated against Myxomatosis, RHD1 and RHD2. Most vets provide a combined annual booster, often called Nobivac Myxo-RHD PLUS which protects against all three diseases. Proof of your rabbits up-to-date vaccination record must be shown on arrival or sent via email in advance. First time or overdue vaccines will need to allow three weeks to become fully effective.

Rabbits not vaccinated to our requirements will not be able to stay.

How to make a booking

To make a booking, please contact us either by telephone, email or through the Contact Form on this website to check availability for your desired dates. Once we confirm that we can accommodate your pet(s), and you wish to proceed, a booking form will be sent to you via email.

Arrival and Collection Times

We offer two arrival windows: 8.00-11.00 AM or 5.00-6.30 PM. Please select your preferred time on the booking form. Each arrival has a 15 minute window. If you choose a specific time (for example, 10.00 AM), please aim to arrive at that time to help us avoid overlap with other bookings and ensure a smooth handover for all our guests.

During busy periods we may ask you to check in after 1:00 PM

Payment

Payment is to be made upon arrival either by cash or by our card machine. If you prefer to pay prior to arrival, bank transfer details can be provided upon request.

Cancellations

If you need to make any changes to your booking, please provide as much notice as possible. We will do our best to accommodate these changes. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as early as possible so that we can try to rebook the space.

Terms and conditions

In the unlikely event that your pet becomes unwell while boarding with us, we will make every effort to take your pet to your registered veterinarian. If this is not feasible, we will seek care from one of our local veterinary partners. We will promptly contact you via phone, text, WhatsApp and email to inform you of the situation and to follow your instructions. We will provide the attending veterinarian with your pets health records as detailed in the booking form.

All veterinary costs incurred will be the responsibility of the pet owner and must be paid in full.

In the unfortunate event that your pet passes away, we will contact you immediately and will follow your guidance on how you wish to proceed.

While under our care, your pet will be looked after as if they are one of our own. However, we cannot be held responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or death of any animal on our premises. All pets are left entirely at the owners risk.

You will be asked on booking form to agree to these terms and conditions.

Data protection

In accordance with Data Protection regulations, your personal information provided on the Booking Form will only be used to deliver the services you have requested. The paper copy of the Booking Form is stored securely. We will not share your personal details with anyone outside our organization unless veterinary assistance is required for your pet.
