At Hoppy Hotel, we’re inspired by the luxurious stays we, as humans, would love to experience—and we bring that same level of care and comfort to your pets.
Our purpose-built, secure facility is located right next to our home, offering peace of mind and convenience. Fully insulated and equipped with heating and air conditioning, it ensures a cosy retreat in winter and a refreshing haven in summer, maintaining the perfect environment for your pets year-round.
The hotel features three separate rooms, thoughtfully designed for different small animals, creating a calm, stress-free atmosphere. Each spacious accommodation provides plenty of room for your pets to exercise, play, and relax in comfort. For added enrichment, some of our suites include outdoor attached runs, allowing pets to enjoy fresh air and extra space to explore during the day.
To keep your furry friends entertained, we provide toys, hideaways, and cosy mats, complemented by vinyl flooring for easy cleaning. Daily room service ensures their space is always fresh, clean, and inviting.

Rabbit suites
R1 Indoor/Outdoor Suite
R1 provides a spacious and comfortable setup, featuring a 10ft x 4ft indoor area with direct access to a 6ft x 3ft outdoor run through a connecting tunnel. Your rabbit can relax in the cosy indoor space while enjoying some fresh air and outdoor time during the day.
R2 Indoor/Outdoor Suite
Located adjacent to Suite R1, Suite R2 features the same size and layout, including a spacious indoor area with direct access to the outdoor run. This ensures your rabbits enjoy the same comfort and convenience, with plenty of space to relax and explore.
R3 Indoor Suite
Our indoor rabbit suite offers a spacious 10ft x 4ft area, thoughtfully designed for your rabbits to relax, play, and feel right at home. This cosy retreat provides a safe and comfortable environment, perfect for ensuring your bunny is happy and content indoors.
R4 Indoor Suite
Suite R4 mirrors the same spacious 10ft x 4ft layout and design as our R3 indoor suite. It offers a comfortable and secure environment, ensuring your rabbits have plenty of space to relax and play in a cosy indoor setting.
R5 Indoor/Outdoor Suite
Suite R5 has a spacious 11.5ft x 3ft indoor area, with direct access to a 6ft x 3ft outdoor run through a secure Zippi tunnel. This setup provides a comfortable and safe environment, giving your rabbits plenty of room to relax, explore and play in both indoor and outdoor spaces.
R6 Indoor/Outdoor Suite
Suite R6 is located directly opposite Suite R5 and features the same spacious layout. It includes an indoor area measuring 11.5ft by 3ft, connected to a 6ft by 3ft outdoor run through a secure Zippi tunnel. This setup provides a safe relaxed environment, giving your rabbits plenty of room to rest, explore and enjoy both cosy indoor comfort and fresh outdoor space.
R7 Indoor Suite
Suite R7 is a spacious indoor-only accommodation measuring 8ft x 4ft, with an attached 4ft x 2ft cosy bed/hideaway area. While this suite does not include outdoor access, it provides a safe and comfortable environment for your rabbits to relax and feel secure.
R8 Indoor/Outdoor Suite
Suite R8 features a spacious 8 ft x 4 ft indoor area with a comfortable 4 ft x 2 ft bed/hideaway, plus access to a large outdoor space. A hatch door big enough for giant bunnies allows your rabbit to hop outside and enjoy fresh air and relaxation during the day, while the cosy indoor area provides a safe retreat at night.
R10 Outdoor Suite
Suite R10, our fully outdoor accommodation, is currently undergoing improvements. It will be available for bookings from 1st December 2025.
Guinea pig suites
G1 Suite
G1, one of our specially designed indoor guinea pig suites, is a generous 170cm x 90cm, providing a spacious, light and airy environment all on one level. The suite is equipped with cosy beds and hideaways, ensuring a comfortable and secure stay for your guinea pigs.
G2 Suite
G2 is a purpose built indoor guinea pig suite which measures a generous 170cm x 90cm, offering plenty of space in a bright, open layout all on one level. Each suite is furnished with cosy beds and hideaways to create a comfortable environment for your guinea pigs.
G3 Suite
G3 suite provides a spacious 170cm x 90cm area, offering a light, comfortable space with everything on one level. The suite is set up with comfy bedding and hideaways to make your guinea pigs stay both cosy and comfortable.
G4 Suite
Our indoor G4 guinea pig suite has a spacious 170cm x 90cm area, giving your guinea pigs room to explore while staying safe on a single level. Soft beds and snug hideaways are included to help them feel relaxed, secure and right at home.
G5 Suite
In addition to our Guinea pig suites (G1 to G4), we also offer a spacious Kavee cage setup. It is currently arranged at 4.5ft x 2.5ft, but can be extended to 6ft, making it ideal for larger groups of bonded guinea pigs. The space comes fully set up with soft, cosy mats and a variety of fun hideaways to explore, snuggle in and feel right at home.
Smaller pets suite
Smaller pets suites
We provide comfortable and secure accommodation for small pets in a bright, purpose-designed room dedicated exclusively to animals such as hamsters, mice, gerbils, and rats. You are welcome to bring your own cage; however, if required, we also offer Savic Plaza cages for use at a small setup charge of £3.00 per stay. Cage size: 100cm (L) × 50cm (W). A spacious playpen is available for exercise, enrichment, and supervised playtime to ensure your pet stays active and stimulated throughout their stay. For rats, we have a large tiered cage prepared and ready for their arrival. Cage size: 100cm (W) × 60cm (D) × 100cm (H) Feel free to bring your pet’s own familiar items—such as toys, bedding, or accessories to help them settle comfortably and feel more at home. I have welcomed other types of exotic pets before. If you have a small pet that isn't listed but are interested in boarding with us, please get in touch to discuss their needs and to see whether Hoppy Hotel would be a suitable stay for them.
